• Raymond Eyre

    EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN

    Raymond Eyre is the founder and Executive Chairman of MONTE. Mr. Eyre has over 30 years’ experience devoted to international and cross-border lease transactions with heavy concentration in the aircraft and industrial technology sectors.

    Prior to joining MONTE, he was Managing Director and Head of Bank of America Leasing and Capital International Department for 15 years. He has arranged, structured and managed over US $20bn of aircraft transactions with lessors in multiple jurisdictions including the United States, Japan, Germany, Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia, Ireland, Sweden, Spain, France and the United Kingdom.

  • Timothy Eyre

    CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

    Timothy Eyre is the Chief Operating Office for MONTE. In this role, Timothy is responsible for MONTE’s energy transition strategy, transaction execution and existing portfolio management.

    Timothy has 10 years of experience working in the aviation and asset management industry. Prior to joining MONTE, he worked at Macquarie Asset Management where he focused on capital raising and portfolio transactions in relation to their infrastructure strategy.

    Timothy has a Masters in Land Economy from the University of Cambridge

  • Rishi Majithia

    HEAD OF INVESTMENT

    Rishi Majithia is the Head of Investment for MONTE. Rishi is responsible for debt and equity capital raising, M&A and investor relations.

    Rishi has worked on capital raising transactions and M&A for the last 8 years. Prior to joining MONTE, he worked at Zeus Capital as an investment banker, focused on public and private company capital raising, and before that, at Covington & Burling as a corporate lawyer, where he worked on cross border M&A and fundraising transactions.

    Rishi has a Masters in Economics & Management from the University of Oxford and an MBA with Distinction from London Business School.

  • David Castano

    HEAD OF LEGAL

    Mr. Castano is the Head of Legal for MONTE where he is responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating aircraft lease and sale agreements alongside the ongoing management of all existing lease portfolio transactions.

    David has over 10 years of experience in international asset finance transactions with a particular focus on the aviation sector. Prior to joining MONTE, David was the General Counsel of Vueling Airlines (Spain) where he was in charge of all fleet and financing transactions. Prior to Vueling he also worked for Gestair Group, a private jet operator based in Madrid, Spain as well as for Aergo Capital and SR Technics in Dublin, Ireland.

    He has extensive knowledge of the aviation industry and holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law (Spain), an MsC in Air Transport Management (UK) and an Executive Management Program (Spain). David speaks three languages and has substantial overseas experience.

  • Tom Frank

    DIRECTOR - ASIA-PACIFIC

    A senior international investment banker with 35 years’ experience, Mr. Frank has specialised primarily in complex leasing and structured finance transactions, as well as project finance. He spent close to 10 years at Bank of America Leasing & Capital Group in Australia, where he was a Managing Director in charge of all aspects of the Bank’s leasing operations in Australia and New Zealand, as well as well as certain Asia-wide responsibilities. He previously held senior positions with ANZ Project and Structured Finance, Citibank and Samuel Montagu’s Australian subsidiary, DBSM (which subsequently evolved into UBS).

    He has closed several billion dollars’ worth of transactions for some of the premier Government-owned entities in Australia and New Zealand, as well as for numerous major corporates.

  • Marie Meehan

    SENIOR FINANCE MANAGER

    Marie is the Senior Finance Manager for MONTE, responsible for monthly reporting, budgeting, forecasting and other financial analysis as required.

    Prior to joining MONTE, Marie was a finance manager for Ortus Secured Finance, a short term finance lender, responsible for preparing and reporting the UK group consolidation and helping with the implementation of new accounting systems and processes. Marie worked for KPMG Audit for 5 years, three in Dublin and two in New York, working on aircraft leasing and banking clients, such as GECAS, Airbus, ICBC and Barclays.

    Marie is a Chartered Accountant and a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland (CAI); and has a Masters of Accounting and a Bachelor of Commerce from University College Dublin.

  • Gobi Yogesh

    FINANCIAL CONTROLLER

    Gobi is the Financial Controller for MONTE.

    He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants & Chartered Global Management Accountants (CIMA & CGMA), Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), and a member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (CA). He received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Finance (BBA).

    Prior to joining MONTE, Gobi was the Assistant Manager at FKT Grant Thornton LLP, ranked Singapore’s top 7 leading Accountancy practices. During this role, he oversaw functions of corporate finance, management reporting, internal audit, external audit & assurance and tax compliance across several sectors such as telecommunication, manufacturing, construction, oil trading, engineering, health care, shipping, airline, public services and charity.

  • Jose Carvallo

    INVESTMENT ASSOCIATE

    Jose Carvallo is an Investment Associate at MONTE. He is primarily responsible for working on MONTE’s energy transition strategy, working on both the aircraft retrofitting strategy as well as the associated infrastructure roll out.

    Jose holds 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Finance, M&A and Strategy. Prior to joining MONTE, he worked at Empresas Copec (Chile), one of Latin America's largest multinational conglomerates specializing in energy and natural resources. At Empresas Copec, he developed the companies’ corporate strategy on green energy, spearheading the group's green hydrogen initiative. His role involved analysing several M&A opportunities, working on over 10 opportunities specifically within the clean energy sector.

    Jose is a Civil Industrial Engineer and graduated with maximum distinction from Universidad Católica de Chile. Jose is currently pursuing an MBA at the London Business School and was recently named to the Dean’s List.

  • Ricardo Lewysohn

    Ricardo Lewysohn

    INVESTMENT ANALYST

    Ricardo Lewysohn is an Investment Analyst at MONTE. He is primarily responsible for analysing and assessing investment opportunities across the regional aviation market, working with MONTE’s existing operator base as well developing MONTE’s pipeline of new transactions. Ricardo is also involved in MONTE’s aircraft retrofitting programme, working with operators to analyse the most appropriate low / zero emission propulsion technology for their operations.

    Ricardo holds 6 years of experience in different investment roles. Prior to joining MONTE, he worked at Corvest, one of the largest family offices in Chile. At his last role in Corvest, he was responsible for managing the portfolio of Real Estate investments of the group in USA and Europe. As a Portfolio Manager, he sourced and assessed funds and co-investments and developed the 5-year investment plan. Before that, he was a Portfolio Manager of a Fixed Income strategy and senior equity analyst covering Chilean stocks.

    Ricardo holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration and a Master's in Finance from Universidad Adolfo Ibanez, he is also a CFA Charterholder. Currently, he is pursuing an MBA at the London Business School.
